In this role as Account Manager you will have responsibility for all interaction with a number of existing clients.
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with clients and ensure their long-term success.
Reporting into the Head of Account Management, the Account Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all processing solutions and improving the entire customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced account manager able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. You will operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your clients. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Other responsibilities include taking ownership of configuration change requests and participating in client service review meetings and building value-based relationships with clients.
You will need to have proven work eperience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or Key Account Manager and ideally some real time processing experience – and an understanding of payments
Youy will really need to have an understanding of how payments processing works, preferably pre-paid, having previously worked for an Issuing bank, processor or programme manager.
A proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
and excellent verbal and written communications skills together with solid experience with MS Office
