Our client a small start- up based in Aldgate provides growing businesses with fast transparent business finance by providing flexible working capital with no setup fees.
Smart and driven you will be joining the Business Development Team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work as part of a skilled and dynamic team offering an exceptional product and service to small and medium enterprises from all around the UK.
In this role, you will develop and grow relationships with the client’s leading partners and managing your own network and sales pipeline.
You will need to focus on customers, and build lasting relationships, you will deliver innovative approaches that generate consistent value for them.
You will work closely with the Sales, Relationship Management and Product teams to refine and improve processes and systems, act as an ambassador for the business, promote the brand and values.
You will support the client onboarding process and after, maintaining the existing relationship with them.
The successful candidate has experience of working with and growing a portfolio of SME customers with turnovers ranging from £2m to £50m as well as an in -depth knowledge of financial reporting and SME credit facilities.
Lastly, you will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 5 years relevant Business Development experience and ideally you are coming from a financial background.
