Customer Delivery Analyst

Salary: £55k - £65k Location: Cambridgeshire

Our client is a fast-paced Fintech that provides new insights into data and its behaviours. They have developed an innovative software system that allows their clients to gain a further insight on their fraud and risk platforms and how it impacts on business functionality.  We are looking for a customer focused analyst to join a team based in Cambridge. Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data focused individual with a strong background in fraud prevention and transaction monitoring. You will ideally have some regulatory and audit knowledge in the financial services industry and will have a corporate background working with banks or financial institutions.


  • You will be the conduit between external clients and the internal data and product teams
  • You will contribute to development, design and enhancement of fraud processes
  • To build a deep technical understanding of the company’s fraud platform and its functionality
  • To advise on fraud prevention rules by liaising with technical departments, users and other colleagues as required.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the company and teams comply with fraud trends and rules
  • To work with both external and internal customers during an assigned project delivery to gain an understanding of client requirements, system designs, their process and data needs
  • You will ensure that requirements are fully extracted, captured and understood by the product development team and technical teams


  • Experienced in transaction monitoring, fraud detection, fraud prevention and AML
  • You have proven ability to analyse large sets of complex data and can translate information into concise business recommendations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in developing documentation, requirements gathering
  • Commercial experience working regulatory standards and audit requirements, and experience with PCI DSS and other payments related standards would be a bonus
  • Highly proficient in SQL is a must
  • Excellent data mining and data manipulation skills
  • Strong ability to engage with different stakeholders
