Our client is looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Success role, or equivalent, experience of managing a team of Customer Success operatives and experience in the use of Zendesk or a similar customer enquiry software system, The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer finance or ecommerce sectors and an awareness of the regulatory factors impacting Customer Success post-GDPR.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality servic for defining the processes and standards adopted by the Customer Success function, and effectively managing a team of Customer Success operatives.
You will effectively manage a team of Customer Success operatives, evaluating performance and defining development paths, other responsibilities include long-term strategy of the team, the team targets and reporting.
