As a Senior Relationship Manager you will work as part of a skilled and dynamic team offering an exceptional product and service to small and medium enterprises from all around the UK. Continually supporting customers growth, maximising borrower utilisation, minimising churn and attaining market leading customer feedback
In this role you will provide deal approvals, submit introducer and large value applications for credit approval and use your experience to provide ongoing support and mentoring to your direct reports and the Commercial team
You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to refine and improve processes and systems, act as an ambassador for the business, promote the brand and values.
You will need to focus on customers, and build lasting relationships, you will deliver innovative approaches that generate consistent value for them
As Senior Relationship Manager you will have the ability to lead and support the team’s development
Lastly, you will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 5 years relevant commercial banking/finance experience and experience of working with and growing a portfolio of SME customers with turnovers ranging from £2m to £50m as well as an in -depth knowledge of financial reporting and SME credit facilities
