We are recruiting for a Sales and Account Management Director to join our client based in London. They are specialists in B2B payment solutions. Due to business expansion, they want to recruit a senior sales professional to grow revenue from existing and new customer and partners. You will have fantastic business acumen with commercial experience in B2B senior sales experience in payments and ideally in travel payments. You will also have good management skills and will want to inspire and grow your team.
- Drive and support the travel payments sales strategies and execution
- Grow direct and partner client portfolios
- Negotiate and execute contracts directly regarding commercial business – own the commercial process
- Define KPI targets related to the sales process to the team
- Support the marketing team to drive customer and channel partner interaction at industry events
- Solid communicator and able to build relationships at all levels
- You will be target driven with the desire to contribute to the success of the company’s goals.
- You will be a proactive problem solver approach
- Solid commercial relevant industry experience selling payment solutions to the travel verticals
- Proven experience of managing a direct sales teams
- Experience selling into financial institutions and enterprises would be a plus
- Proven experience in developing compelling sales propositions
- Numerate and literate – strong proposal writing and presentation skills is essential
