Our client has been trading for a few years in the US and has recently expanded into the UK, so this would be considered a start up. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team, maintaining relationships, heading up the relationship managment function and recruiting/ building a team early next year.
We are looking for someone with open loop prepaid experience, visa and or Mastercard scheme rules ideally from a programme management or a processing background.
In this role you will take responsibility for handling the largest and most complex client accounts in the business which make up the highest percentage of company income
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs and help the clients succeed.
You will find yourself being integral in cultivating new relationships within the current client base and also with potential clients.
You should have proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
Ideally you will be degree educated with previous relevant industry experience.
