Assist the Sales team to develop and close new business relating to the delivery of clients solutions.
Act as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to enterprise clients on the capabilities offered, assist clients with the design of their solution and to identify and select implementation and deployment options for their solution.
Prepare statements of work for complex or bespoke deployments, project manage the implementation and deployment, and provide accurate and timely progress reports on the such projects
Review final deliverables to ensure that they meet client expectations and ensure quality of services and timely delivery to customers
Work directly with internal teams such as product, project management, development, technical and compliance and financial as necessary to complete smooth and swift implementation of services
Key Responsibilities
Pre-sales advice
Client business requirements capture
Client solution design involving technology, operations, risk management, compliance, etc
Determine feasibility, effort and cost estimates
Client solutions implementation and deployment
Project management and co-ordination
Liaise with clients during the client implementation and deployment lifecycle
Manages client acceptance and handover to support once completed
Work with cross departmental teams to conclude such implementations
Qualifications
Degree in IT or equivalent experience
Project Management training and certification in PRINCE 2
Know-how
Understanding of cards and payments
Technical understanding of web services / APIs
Enterprise deployment across multiple business units, multiple and disparate business processes
Systems integration
Experience
Demonstrated experience developing and managing processes across an organization.
Demonstrated experience providing professional services in cards and payments sector to enterprise clients
Skills
Ability to manage the interaction between Product, Sales, IT and Operations
Ability to manage client relationships and liaise between clients and internal providers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated
