Due to company growth, our client is hiring for a client support specialist to join them in London working in the customer services team. Our client is a leader in the online finance space and specialise in credit solutions. You will provide customer support to customers, retailers and third party partners and working very closely with the developers and the operations team. This role would suit a candidate who has commercial experience in client support or customer services who enjoys working with technology or e-commerce.

The role:

  • Answering support queries in the format of emails , telephone calls and live chats from customers
  • Acting as first line support to clients as well as performing a help desk function
  • Raising platform issues with the engineering team when needed
  • Interacting with the account management team to provide support for clients using the system
  • Assisting all external parties with integration queries when onboarding the solutions provided by the company

  • You will demonstrate a keen interest in ecommerce and Fintech
  • Commercially experienced using office applications desired
  • Previous experience working in a customer centric role
