We are hiring for a Client Services Officer to join a business who specialise in providing a bespoke payment solution to their customers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing Fintech business and kick start your career in payments. You will be based near London Liverpool Street and will be required to work in the office 2 days a week. ( You can work from home for the remaining 3 days)
You will be joining a company who offer career progression and technical training so we welcome anyone who can demonstrate confidence with customers and a desire to learn.
If you want to develop your career is client support, technical support, customer onboarding and relationship skills then we want to hear from you.
You will ideally have some commercial experience in customer service – this can be face to face or online, but you must have a good knowledge of Microsoft tools and be a proficient user of Windows or Mac.
Ideally you will be degree educated in a technical discipline, but this is not essential.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear interest in the payments and fintech world
