We are hiring for an experienced customer services representative to join a team in London, based near London Bridge. You will be based in the office 2 days a week and will be able to work from home for 3 days. You will be joining a financial services company who offer career progression and technical training.
If you want to develop your career is client support, technical support, customer onboarding and relationship skills then we want to hear from you.
You will ideally have some commercial experience in customer service – this can be face to face or online but you must have a good knowledge of Microsoft tools and be a proficient user of Windows or Mac.
Ideally you will be degree educated in a technical discipline but this is not essential.
This role is working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
