Our client are an international financial services provider specialising in money remittance and money transfer who are looking to expand the marketing team. You will be an experienced digital marketeer and ready for a challenge and take on the next step in your career.

The Role

  • You will be in charge of all the digital channels, email, social media, websites, and use them to drive brand awareness, generate leads and develop customer retention.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email, Mobile)
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing
  • Set up and manage our customer engagement and retention programmes
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors
  • Work with partners and external parties to produce marketing collateral

The requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field would be preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing advertising campaigns using SEO and PPC
  • Experience launching retention and referral programmes would be a huge bonus
  • Working knowledge of common digital marketing tools such as SemRush, SensorTower, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot,
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience working on A/B testing tools for web and front-end messaging variants a plus
  • An appreciation or experience of working across African territories
  • Experience working in Money Transfer Services or Banking a plus
