Our client, a leading challenger bank based in London is looking for a highly motivated Head of Client Relationships to build and preserve trusting relationships with its Clients.
This is a new role and the main responsibilities will include the planning and managing of the day to day running of the Client Relationship function, developing strategies to address client needs, providing an escalation point for Clients during and post implementation and to promote client growth, retention and promotion.
The role holder will be required to develop rapport and build strong relationships with the Bank’s new and existing Clients, will be expected to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and to travel across Europe to meet clients.
It is expected that any applicants would have excellent communication and presentation skills and an interest in public speaking.
A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in a senior Client facing role and solid managerial experience at a senior level in a banking or payments environment together with a good understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services.
