A leading challenger bank based in London is looking for a highly motivated Head of Client Relationships to build and preserve trusting relationships with its Clients.
Our client is looking for a dynamic, degree educated candidate with a personable approach, someone who can work without supervision and who has the gravitas and experience to represent the business. Someone confident who can get on with the job with no hand holding. We are only interested in candidates with a work history that clearly demonstrates progression, someone with a solid client relationship background who has moved within an organisation into more senior roles, and who is now ready to take the next step up in their career. This opportunity will suit someone who is keen to move into a smaller organisation and who is ready to step up into a ‘Head of ‘role from a manager or senior manager position. The right candidate is likely to come from a bank, will be commercially driven with 10 -15 years work experience and keen to add value.
Candidates without the required experience cannot be considered
This is a new role and the main responsibilities will include the planning and managing of the day to day running of the Client Relationship function, developing strategies to address client needs, providing an escalation point for Clients during and post implementation and to promote client growth, retention and promotion.
The role holder will be required to develop rapport and build strong relationships with the Bank’s new and existing Clients, will be expected to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and to travel across Europe to meet clients.
It is expected that any applicants would have excellent communication and presentation skills and an interest in public speaking and will be happy attending conferences and events.
