Head of Operations
£80k - £100k plus bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading payment provider that operate globally. They are looking to hire a senior appointment for a Head of Operations to be based in either London or Dublin. This is a hybrid working position with a requirement to be present in a head office for 2 days a week. You will be responsible for all core operational aspects related to the online payments division of the business.
Responsibilities
- Management of all operational aspects of the payments division
- Driving customer obsessed processes and onboarding processes
- Global team responsibilities championing team leadership
- Create and foster a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational improvement
- Clearly articulate emerging issues with senior management
- Collaborating with other departments when required
Requirements
- You must have commercial experience in a similar role – operational experience essential
- Have worked and lead a diverse team with varied roles and skills
- Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills are essential
- Highly customer focused with a proven track record of managing onboarding processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and knowledge of the payments industry is a must with a preference to have a sounds knowledge of the payment gateway and acquiring market
- Experience of working on a global scale a bonus – especially LATAM
