Our client, a leading payments solutions provider are looking to expand their team. They specialise in corporate payments as well prepaid issuing.  They are looking to expand the business unit and extend capability beyond the UK to new customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business looking to develop products and offerings focused on Issuing, prepaid card programs and virtual commercial solutions.

We are thing for a Head of Sales to be based in the UK with access to ether London or Swindon.

Role duties:

  • To engage and re-engage at senior level with clients and partners
  • Structure a commercial discipline including process, pipeline and approach within the team
  • Redefine with the commercial strategy
  • Manage a team of Sales professionals
  • Be responsible for build new business revenue amongst the team
  • Reporting to the MD in Europe

Requirements :

  • You will have background in payment issuing, processing, and or BaaS
  • A sound knowledge of payments and banking in Fintech
  • You will be hungry, eager to challenge the existing team
  • Able to manage complex deals with various lengths of sales cycles
  • A strong experience in managing key accounts as well as new business
