Our award winning client is one of Europe’s fastest growing and forward-thinking fintech companies and is now looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Professional to be on the front line for the business.
Dealing with inbound enquiries, the right candidate will have extensive product knowledge in order to advise customers on the best possible deal for their business, with the goal of converting enquiries into a new customer. This is a chance to work with people who really know payments.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have 3-4 years’ experience in working successfully in B2B telesales, a proven history of selling business to business. Experience of hitting targets, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, first class communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with potential customers.
You will be self-motivating and extremely target driven.
- To consult with business owners who are interested in setting up, or changing providers, for their payment processes.
- To sign up small and medium business owners to our contracts.
- To receive incoming calls from potential customers and turn an enquiry in to a deal.
- To maximise leads and negotiate deals with the customer.
- Managing own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
- Provide a consultative and customer-centric service.
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, and keep potential customers warm throughout the process.
