Our client is a business that specialises in corporate prepaid cards. They have been developing their commercial product offering and due to business growth, need to hire someone to join the technical support team.  You will be interested in payments and the Fintech world.  You will be responsible for the application management and support of the finance systems and their users.

Responsibilities

  • To act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns
  • Organise and file documentation relating to computer hardware
  • Responding to technical questions and issues via chat and ticketing tools
  • Provide support to multiple software solutions
  • Create and update process and procedures documentation
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers and co-workers

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a professional office environment
  • Mac and Apple products experience – Linux and Windows knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Workspaces or Microsoft 365
  • Good of knowledge Network – Switches, VPNs, Routers
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external teams at all levels
