Reporting in to Head of Operations the primary function of the Oversight Manager is to oversee all operational risk in terms of partner due diligence and compliance.
The role covers a very broad remit and will include working closely with Legal, Financial Crime and 2nd line defence teams
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee due diligence for onboarding in terms of partner compliance and operational risk.
Work alongside legal and 2nd line teams to improve and correct procedures such as onboarding due diligence.
Build the Target Operating Model for the oversight function.
Oversee and ensure compliance in line with supplier management frameworks for all suppliers.
Provide overall coordination of all payment scheme activities & support all customer operations owned suppliers through the full lifecycle.
Toi be considered for this opportunity you will need:
Ideally 8 -10 years experience
Banking experience or wider Financial Services experience
Customer service background.
Good knowledge of GDPR and other Financial Services or banking regulations.
Very strong stakeholder management experience both internal and external
