Partner Sales Manager
£55k - £95k (DOE) plus OTE
Our client is a global successful business offering software solutions and focus on payment services. They are looking for experienced Partner Manager to join the team on a remote basis. Your duties will include leading the partner channel and expanding new partners. The role will require you to have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, ability to create strategic relationships and develop a sound knowledge of the acquiring and payment gateway industries.
The job:
- Define and manage the strategy for the partnerships channel
- Initiate and develop commercial relationships with a variety of partners
- Lead the negotiation process on commercial partnership models, reviewing agreements/contracts and communication with legal teams.
- Presenting to management payment trends & new opportunities with a view to developing new services & products
- Collaborating with the product team on new integrations, developments and features
The requirements:
- Previous experience of being a partner manager or channel manager
- Merchant acquiring or payment gateway knowledge preferred but not essential (applicants should have an overall background / knowledge of the payments industry)
- Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form
- Interested in payments and the merchant acquiring world
- Appreciation of regulatory environment involving payments a real plus
- A passion for delivering high quality customer experience
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly/annual targets/KPI’s
