Our client is looking for an experienced sales support analyst to join the team working in client retention and administration.  You will provide sales support as well some account management.  You will provide internal and external teams support throughout an onboarding process including communication, data analysis and client relations.  Ideally you will have worked in the payments industry but this is not essential.

The job

  • You will contact existing customers to retain business and provide them with retention proposals
  • Responsible for maintaining all customer records relating to retention
  • Assist in creating sales documentation for sales and partnership teams
  • Take ownership for sales focused reports and reports to the management team
  • Analyse and report on sales performances to provide clear performance metrics

The skills

  • You must have commercial experience ins a similar job  such as sales support, client support or account management
  • Sales reporting or data reporting experience is essential
  • You will be articulate with a strong attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills, able to pull together data information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent administrative skills using Microsoft Office
  • Payments experience isn’t essential but a bonus – a corporate professional background is enough with the ability and desire to excel in this role
