Our client is a global successful business offering software solutions and focus on payment services. They are looking for experienced Partner Manager to join the team on a remote basis. Your duties will include leading the partner channel and expanding new partners. The role will require you to have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, ability to create strategic  relationships and become expert in the acquiring and payment gateway industry.

The job:

  • Define and manage the strategy for the partnerships channel
  • Initiate and develop commercial relationships with a variety of partners
  • Lead the negotiation process on commercial partnership models, reviewing agreements/contracts and communication with
  • Presenting to management payment trends & new opportunities with a view to developing new services & products
  • Collaborating with the product team on new integrations, developments and features

The requirements:

  • Previous experience of being a partner manager or channel manager in a payments company
  • Merchant acquiring or payment gateway knowledge essential
  • Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form
  • Interest in and intellectual curiosity about payments and the merchant acquiring world
  • Appreciation of the regulatory environment involved with payments
  • A passion for delivering high quality customer experience
  • Proven track record of achieving quarterly/annual targets/KPI’s
