Our client, a fintech provider of emerging payments technology is looking to hire a technical sales support consultant. You will provide technical guidance, support and strategy to key customers as well as working along the sales team.
- To provide to specific technical and functional expertise to support the sales team
- To deliver post / pre-sales presentations and solution demonstrations
- Supporting both clients and internal teams during the tender / sales process
- Assisting in writing the technical proposals for prospective customers and clients
- To Identify and qualify clients’ requirements and communicate this with product and technical teams
- Research and be aware of industry trends, drivers and regulatory changes. You will be an expert in payments technology and become an expert in the company’s products and services.
- To carry out product reviews and UAT and provide feedback to necessary teams
- You will be experienced in delivering payment solutions to third parties, including acquirers and PSPs Familiarity and understanding of Acquirer terminal approval processes, MTIP and ADVT testing.
- You will have strong presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations
- Pre/Post sales experience
- A good understanding of Point of Sale, Payment processing and emerging technology
- Ability to travel and take part in face to face meetings with partners, vendors or customers.
- Commercial experience in technical sales support or technical account management experience in a payments environment
