A well regarded and innovative Fin Tech specialising in credit, debit and prepaid cards is looking for a Sales Support Executive with 3+ years relevant experience. The right candidate will have a technical background in payments/financial services and have a good knowledge of Issuing, Debit, Credit and prepaid together with strong customer service skills and the ability to converse with prospects and customers.
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for presales and technical requirement gathering. Working closely with the commercial teams and interfacing with the technical delivery function.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a technical capacity before who is looking to develop their commercial client facing skill set or someone with a technical background looking to get more involved with customers and clients. Industry experience is a key requirement and potential candidates must have a sound knowledge of payments.
Responsibilities will include:
Co-ordination and support of sales activity
Responding to RFP’s and management of the RFP library
Attending conferences promoting the company and its products
Maintaining presales marketing and sales materials
Creating and maintaining a demo system for prospects, and support of the Sales CRM system
