Our client, a vibrant established FCA Regulated fintech with 100+ staff operating in Europe as well as globally is looking to employ a digital design manager due to business growth.
In this hands-on start-up environment, you will get the chance to try all sorts of things and grow your skills well beyond the scope of what you will be initially hired to do. There’s plenty of opportunity to grow, learn and advance quickly.
Leading a team of 3, you will need to be experienced in leadership or possibly ready to progress to this level in your career – there are 2 other digital designers in the team who will be managed by the digital design manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Focusing on investing in the brand, both online and offline (billboards, graphics) also on high quality design.
Graphic design and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Oversee design for all marketing efforts worldwide, including landing pages, display ads, emails and some product onboarding flows.
Design ads, pages and flows that should be clean, simple and compelling, and create and maintain a consistent visual tone across the online channels.
Working as part of a team with writers, marketers, and quants.
Business metrics and marketing analytics (e.g. conversion rates, A/B test results) at a conceptual level
To be considered for this role you will need to have a track record of strong direct response design projects, including ads, landing pages, forms and flows. 3+ years relevant experience (preferably on the agency side). Be comfortable producing simple, elegant professional-looking digital graphics, illustrations and animations.
